How Do I Set Up iContact Company Settings in SoCast?

Requirements:
- You must have admin access to your company’s iContact account to find the information needed for SoCast Company Settings.
Follow these instructions to find the iContact information required for your SoCast company settings. You will need to enter this information at: http://admin.socastsrm.com/company/email
Each company must create an iContact App. The app information is then entered into the company settings in SoCast.
Step-by-Step Guide
For iContact Pro
Follow these steps to obtain your iContact App ID and set your API password:
- Log in to your iContact Pro account.
- Go to Settings and select API under Integrations.
- Click Add Application at the top.
- Enter an application name and password.
- Use the Application ID, Application Name, and Password to authenticate your API application.

For iContact
Follow these steps to register your application and obtain your API credentials:
- Log in to iContact with your username and password.
- Provide a name and description for your application, then click Save.
- The API App ID will be displayed. Note: For security, iContact’s API uses your App ID to identify your application.
- Click the link to enable the App ID for your account and select a password.
- Use the API App ID, your iContact username, and the application password to authenticate your API application.

Once you have gathered your iContact App information, enter it into your SoCast company settings to complete the integration.
