The following is a list of the most common error messages that can occur in the streams on the Social page. Note that all possible error messages cannot be documented due to errors that occur as a result of Facebook and Twitter.

Below is the error message you'll see, and what it means/what action you should take.

All Actions

1. Not Logged In : This will force a refresh of the page
   
2. Updates Available, Please Refresh The Page : This will force a refresh of the page
   
3. Invalid Stream ID : stream ID was not sent as part of the request. This can usually be fixed by refreshing the page
   
4. Missing Stream Type : There was a problem retrieving the stream info. This can usually be fixed by refreshing the page
   
5. Missing Stream Source : There was a problem retrieving the stream info. Usually fixed by refreshing the page
   
6. Stream Not Found : There was a problem retrieving the stream info. Usually fixed by refreshing the page
   
7. Invalid Stream Type : Not a recognized stream type, or a stream that we do not support
   
8. Stream Type Not Found : Not a recognized stream type, or a stream that we do not support
   
9. Facebook Account Not Connected : Will trigger Facebook reconnect modal. If modal doesn't open, please go to your Personal Settings>Social and reconnect your Facebook account
   
10. Error: Rate Limit Exceeded: Twitter rate limit exceeded, likely as a result of trying to do too many actions or update too many streams at once. Please wait 15 min and let the limit reset
    
11. Error Over Capacity: Twitter is overloaded and is not responding, the streams will start updating again automatically when Twitter is able to process new requests
    
12. Sorry, Your Query Is Too Complex. Please Reduce Complexity And Try Again. You Can Reduce Complexity By Removing Filters, Keywords, Hashtags And/Or Mentions From Your Search : Twitter smart stream query is too complex, needs to be simplified
    
13. Error : Generic error when there's a problem retrieving the stream, usually occurs when there's a problem with the API ( ex. internet is disconnected, 500 error ). Usually fixed by refreshing the page
    
14. Facebook And Twitter API Errors : These include additional errors not documented in this list. These are returned by Facebook and Twitter APIs.
    
15. There Was A Problem Deleting Your Stream, Please Try Again : A problem when trying to remove a stream, try again as it suggests
    
16. There Was A Problem Changing Your Stream's Settings, Please Try Again : A problem when trying to edit a stream, try again as it suggests
    
17. Unable To Delete: Unable to delete a post from a stream
    
18. Unable To Update Status : This is for the Inbox stream. Unable to update the status of an item in the stream ( ex. approving a post )
    
19. Unable To Hide Facebook : Unable to hide a visitor post on a page
    
20. Unable To Like/Unlike Facebook : Unable to like or unlike an item
    
21. Error : Generic error for actions  ( ex. trying to open the droplist for Twitter likes failed, clicking on a droplist item failed etc )
