Can the "Contact a Listing Owner" form be turned off or removed?
This option is not currently available, but it has been filed as a potential future enhancement.

If listeners can add listings, how do you avoid false listings or closings?
You can enable moderation for all submitted listings. Be sure to turn on moderation to review listings before they are published.

Can categories be set up to not show the "Submit Listing" form? (For example, in a directory that is not open to public posting.)
This option is not currently available, but it has been filed as a potential future enhancement.

Can you add custom HTML per category, like in blog/news categories?
Each Local Listings category page is a regular page containing a classified widget. To add custom HTML, simply edit the page and insert your desired content.

Can the duration of a listing be set per category?
No, the duration is set globally across the entire system and cannot be customized per category.

Since school closings only last for a few hours, how do you turn them off?
You can set the listing to "Published" and then set an expiry time for it. This will automatically remove the listing after the specified period.

When the set period to renew an expired listing passes, is the listing deleted?
No, expired listings are not deleted from the system.

Do you need to use locations for school closings?
No, locations are not required for school closings.

Can you provide an option for a business account, such as for car dealers or realtors?
One person from the business can create a member account using the business name as the member name.

Can we allow certain users (e.g., car dealers) to post listings without requiring approval, while requiring approval for others?
This option is not currently available.

How do I bulk approve listings?
Select the posts you wish to update. In the bulk actions drop-down menu, select "Edit," then change the status to "Published."

Emails sent to users from the Local Listings contact form come from the address: Wordpress <no-reply@socastsrm.com> via amazonses.com. How can this be changed?
This cannot be changed at this time. It functions the same way as the current membership login process.
