Moderation is strictly to approve or reject messages in the activity stream.

All original messages outside of the activity stream from Facebook or Twitter are not deleted or hidden when rejected and will still be posted to the native Facebook or Twitter feeds regardless of the moderation status set in the SoCast admin
These are the instructions for moderating Member & Anonymous comments/conversations.
Step-by-step guide

Go to:

If anonymous commenting has been turned on in the Activity Stream settings, then you'll see both member and anonymous comments.

User
: This will display the member profile image and name of the person leaving the comment. If an anonymous user has left a comment it will display the user profile image that was set up
here

or generic user profile image if none is available
). Also displays staff name and activity streams profile image configured in Settings > Personal > Social (

: The message left by the user

Stream
: The activity stream this comment is associated with

Date Posted
: the date the comment was posted. in format: 2015-01-05 5:08 PM (year/month/day)

Actions
: Use the 'check-mark' to approve a comment or the 'circle with an cross' to reject

Add Staff Comment : Clicking the blue 'add staff comment' button will open up the staff comment module

Activity Stream
: Select the stream you wish to leave a comment in

Message
: The message left by the staff member
- Media : Upload a media from your computer. This can include images or audio. click 'save'

Bulk Actions
: Bulk approve or reject all comments in the queue by selecting the box beside 'User' at the top and then using the 'bulk actions' drop-down

Status
: Filter comments by pending, approved or rejected. Choose from the drop-down menu, then click the grey 'filter' button. Comments from banned IPs appear in the rejected status.

More Options : The more options button allows you to filter comments with a more specific query using the options below:

Activity Stream
: Filter by activity stream

Users
: Filter by all users, members only, staff only, or a specific person

Attachment
: Filter by attachment type. All, none, any type, images only or audio only
- Posted Between : Select a date range and time to filter comments by. (ex. posted between 2017-07-27 08:00 and 2017-07-27 09:00)

: Filter by activity stream
