Navigation Menu Bar: Overview

This Article Is For:

  • All users who are SoCast Website Admins
  • This is applicable to the SoCast 2.0 Theme and Hero 1.0 Theme

The navigation bar, is the main bar located at the top of your website. This is home to your most important navigation items such as 'Dj's & Hosts', 'Contests' etc.

We've included some extra features we believe to be beneficial when users are scrolling down your website. These include:

  1. Sticky Navigation : Sticky Navigation provides easy and persistent access for users to navigate from anywhere on the site.



  2. Listen Live Button : a small 'Listen Live' icon will appear on the right hand side of the sidebar as users scroll down.  This provides easy and persistent access for users once the "Listen Live" button in the header is no longer visible, or if the "Listen Live" button in the header is not configured



  3. Search In Mobile Navigation Menu :  The search bar will automatically appear at the bottom of your mobile responsive website. This provides persistent access on mobile regardless of whether the "Search Bar" widget is used or where it is placed.
