Requirements

The PromoSuite Contest List element allows you to display contests from your PromoSuite account directly on your website, blog, or sidebar. Once added, it will automatically show any contests provided by your XML URL.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Widget Name: This is the name of the widget as it appears in the Drag-and-Drop Editor. It will not be visible on your website.
  2. Display Title: Choose whether to display the title by selecting Yes or No from the dropdown menu.
  3. PromoSuite Contest Listing XML URL: Enter the XML URL provided by PromoSuite Next. If you need help finding this URL, contact PromoSuite customer service.
    Example: https://next.promosuite.com/ContestXmlData.aspx?p0=123456
  4. Layout: Choose one of the following contest layouts:
    • Horizontal Small Display
    • Horizontal Display
    • Vertical Display
    • Card
  5. Minimum Column Width: Set the minimum column width in pixels. Use 0 (zero) for a single column display. The minimum width determines how many columns appear based on the available content area or mobile screen width. For example, if set to 300, the content displays in two columns in a 700px area and one column on a 320px mobile screen.
  6. Extra Class Name: If you want to style this element differently, add a custom class name here and reference it in your CSS.
