Radio Player FAQ's

This Article Is For:

• All users who have the 'Manage Website Settings' permission
• This is applicable to the SoCast 2.0 Theme and Hero 1.0 Theme

1. Why Didn't An Artist Image Show Up On The SoCast Player?
   1. Images and artwork used for the SoCast Player are pulled from iTunes. If the artist has their music available on iTunes, then the correct album art should have been pulled.
   2. Please ensure the following before contacting SoCast's support desk:
      1. The song by by that artist is available to buy in iTunes
      2. The artist/song name is 100% correct. For example, if The artist is called "Beatles" instead of "The Beatles" from your playlist-generation software, this can sometimes cause album art issues
      3. If the information above is confirmed, but you're still not seeing an image, please contact SoCast's support at support@socastsrm.com
