Getting Started: How To Log Into SoCast Reach

Company Admins

  1. During your inital onboarding and training with SoCast, you will be created a user based on the name and email provided within the intake form.
  2. You will be sent an email requesting you log in and change your password.
  3. From there, you will now have access to both your Company, and Reach accounts.
  4. You should see an account titled similar to:  Company Name - Ads
  5. Please bookmark this address, as this is the login page for SoCast: https://admin.socastsrm.com

Additional Users

  1. All new users/staff can should be created and added by the Company admin. Please reach out to your Company Admin if you require access to SoCast Reach.
