How Do I Manage Objectives and Channels/Products in SoCast Reach Sales Management?
This process is typically completed by the Sales Manager.
As a Sales Manager, you have the ability to configure the list of products and objectives for all campaigns in SoCast Reach.
You can access these settings by navigating to: Advertising Campaigns > Campaign Settings > Products & Objectives.
Configuring Settings
- Manage Agency Products & Objectives: You must be a SoCast Reach Agency Partner to access these settings.
- Manage Company Products & Objectives: Configure the list of products and objectives for all campaigns across your entire company.
- Manage Account Products & Objectives: Configure the list of products and objectives for all campaigns within a specific account.
Managing Objectives and Channels/Products
- Primary Goals: Set the main goals for your campaigns.
- Secondary Goals: Set additional goals to support your primary objectives.
- Product Types: Select the types of products you wish to include in your campaigns.
