SoCast Reach Sales Management: Managing Objectives & Channels / Products

This process is usually done by the sales manager.
As a Sales Manager role, you have the ability to configure the list of products and objectives for ALL campaigns.
This setting can be found under: Advertising Campaigns > Campaign Settings > Products & Objectives

Configuring Settings

  1. Manage Agency Products & Objectives: You must be a SoCast Reach Agency Partner to access these settings.
  2. Manage Company Products & Objectives: Configure the list of products and objectives for all campaigns across your entire company.
  3. Manage Account Products & ObjectivesConfigure the list of products and objectives for all campaigns across a specific account.

Managing Objectives & Channels / Products

  1. Primary Goals: Set your primary goals for campaigns
  2. Secondary Goals: Set your seconday goals for campaigns
  3. Product Types: Select your product types.
