How Do I Create Cancellation Listings in SoCast?

Note: You must have the Manage Local Listings & Cancellation Listings Settings permission to create or manage cancellation listings. If you do not have this permission, please contact your Company Admin.

SoCast allows you to display cancellation listings organized by category or status, with a search option for users to find listings by business or school name. The Cancellation Listing widget lets you customize which fields and how many items are displayed. You can also bulk update cancellation listings for efficiency.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Navigate to Website > Cancellation Listings > All Cancellation Listings.

2. Click Add New at the top left corner of the screen. Fill out the following information:

   1. Title: Enter the name of the school, business, or organization.
   2. Address: Specify the location of the school or business.
   3. Phone Number: Provide the contact number for the school or business.
   4. Email: Include the email address, if applicable.
   5. Summary: Add any additional information. You can also insert images here.
   6. Author & Contributor: Select the email of the publisher. You may also invite an external contributor, allowing them to update the status as needed.

3. Select the Cancellation Listing Status.

4. Choose a Cancellation Listing Category.

5. Click Publish to make the listing live.
