How Do I Make a Contest Sticky in the New Contesting System?

What Is a Sticky Contest?
The Sticky Contests feature lets you pin a contest to the top of your contest list. This keeps the contest highly visible until it expires, is removed, or a new contest is published. It replaces the previous contest list functionality from the old system.
Best Practices for Sticky Contests
- Keep no more than 30 contests in the Sticky List at any time.
- Always set an expiry date for each Sticky Contest when publishing to prevent a backlog of outdated contests.
- To re-order Sticky Contests, go to Promotions > Sticky Contests, drag and drop contests into your preferred order, then click Save. Please allow up to 10 minutes for the server cache to refresh and display the changes.
How to Make a Contest Sticky
- Select contests to make sticky: Choose the contests you want to pin. Once selected, these contests will appear in the Sticky Contests section. Sticky contests use the same expiry settings as blog posts.
- Manage Sticky Contests: Go to Promotions > Sticky Contests, then drag and drop contests within the Sticky Contests section to control their display order at the top of your contest list.
By following these steps and best practices, you can ensure your most important contests remain visible and organized for your audience.
