How Do I Moderate Contest Entries in SoCast (Legacy)?

• If you have transitioned to SoCast via PromoSuite, you will not have access to the contesting feature. Please contact PromoSuite for more details.

When setting up a contest, you may want to add a qualifying question to determine which entrants move on to the final draw. Here’s how your station can moderate contest entries in SoCast (Legacy):

Where To Find The Contesting Tool

Hover over Promotions in the menu bar, then click Contests > All Contests.

Step-by-Step: Moderate Contest Entries

1. Open your contest, then scroll to and select the User Entries tab.

   

2. Click Approved Entries, then select the filter button to refine the view.

   

3. Click the column selector to choose which columns you want to display while judging entries.

   

4. Review all contest entries in one view. Use the buttons to approve or reject entries as needed.

   

   To approve an entry, click the approve button:

That’s it! Approved entries will be eligible for the final contest draw and prize selection.
