- All users who have access to pages, blogs, contests, or sidebars

The Text Block element lets you enter and format text, similar to using Microsoft Word. You can edit your content in either the Visual or Text tab, and you can upload or insert images directly into the Text Block.

- Add a Text Block: Use this element to add plain text to your page, blog, contest, or sidebar.
- Use the Visual Tab: Edit your text in a user-friendly interface, similar to Word. The Visual tab includes a "kitchen sink" toolbar for additional customization options.
