What If I Have To Cancel A Live Campaign?
We hope you never have to cancel a live campaign. But if you do, there are some things you need to be aware of:
Once a campaign is in flight, it shall remain in-flight for a minimum of 50% of the total scheduled flight duration.
In the event of cancellation prior to reaching the minimum in-flight duration, the Licensee/Broadcaster shall be liable for a cancellation fee equivalent to 6% of the budget specified in the insertion order.
Notice of cancellation must be provided in writing to adsupport@socastdigital.com no less than two weeks prior to the intended cancellation date. In other words, if a campaign is in flight, the campaign must run 2 weeks before it can be stopped. Any outstanding fees or costs incurred up to the cancellation date shall remain payable by the Licensee.
