What If I Have to Cancel a Live Campaign?

Cancellation Policy

We hope you never have to cancel a live campaign. But if you do, please review the following policy:

  • Minimum Run Time: Once a campaign is in flight, it must remain in flight for at least 50% of the total scheduled flight duration.
  • Early Cancellation Fee: If you cancel before reaching the minimum in-flight duration, the Licensee/Broadcaster is liable for a cancellation fee equal to 6% of the budget specified in the insertion order.
  • Notice Period: Notice of cancellation must be provided in writing to adsupport@socastdigital.com no less than two weeks prior to the intended cancellation date. In other words, if a campaign is already in flight, it must continue to run for two weeks before it can be stopped.
  • Outstanding Costs: Any outstanding fees or costs incurred up to the cancellation date remain payable by the Licensee.
