What is TrueReach and TrueClick, and how do I explain this to my advertiser?

True reach and True click are guarantees that SoCast provides to our clients not only to MEET the campaign goals (by way of Impressions or clicks) but to exceed them!
If we don't meet the KPIs outlined in our client’s proposals, SoCast will use our own budget to meet and exceed the campaign expectations. This is at no additional cost to the broadcaster, or to the client. It's our SoCast Guarantee!
If the campaign under-delivers on the primary forecasted metric, (for example, if it is a brand awareness campaign: we are focused on impressions, and so the primary metric for this marketing objective is impressions) we will continue running ads until that threshold is met, at no additional cost for those guaranteed metrics. This provides peace of mind and ensures value for the advertiser when they choose your station.
