Only users with Company Admin access can add or update the company name in SoCast. If you do not have this permission, please contact your system administrator.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Go to http://admin.socastsrm.com/company.
  2. Under Company Name, enter the name of your corporation.
  3. Click Save to apply your changes.
