Below are some suggestions as to why you may not be able to log into the SoCast Platform and what you can do about it:

Browser Cache/Cookies
: Please always clear your browser cache and cookies first, before trying anything else. This generally resolves the issue

Try An Incognito Window
: Open an incognito window in the browser that you're using, if you're able to log in there, it generally means that it's an issue with your cache. In which case, please see step # 1.

URL Redirect
: One of the main reasons you may not be able to log in could be that your browser is redirecting your URL. When typing in
admin.socastsrm.com
please check to make sure there are no other characters being add to the URL. (Ex.
admin.socastsrm.com/logout
)

Browser Password Saves
: If you have your browser set to save your SoCast password, and have recently changed it, then you'll need to either turn off the saved password function or change it to save your new password for the SoCast Platform. Locked Out:
If you have attempted to enter your password more than 5 times unsuccessfully, you will be locked out of the SoCast Platform for a min of 15mins. If you continue to attempt to log in, your locked out time will increase. Please either wait the 15mins or reach out to your station admin, who should have permission to manually unlock your user.

Password Re-Set Email:
If you have not received your password re-set email, please check your email's junk/spam folder.
