If you're having trouble logging in to the SoCast Platform, review the common issues and solutions below to help you regain access.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies.

    This simple step often resolves most login issues.

  2. Try an incognito or private window.

    Open an incognito/private browsing window and attempt to log in. If it works there, the issue is likely related to your cache or cookies. Refer back to step 1 to resolve this.

  3. Check for URL redirects.

    Make sure you are entering the correct URL: admin.socastsrm.com. Ensure there are no extra characters appended to the URL (for example, admin.socastsrm.com/logout), as this can prevent you from logging in.

  4. Update saved browser passwords.

    If your browser saves your SoCast password and you recently changed it, update or remove the saved password. For instructions on managing saved passwords in Chrome, visit: Chrome Password Help.

  5. Account locked out.

    After five unsuccessful login attempts, your account will be locked for a minimum of 15 minutes. Continuing to attempt login will extend the lockout period. Please wait 15 minutes before trying again, or contact your station admin to manually unlock your account.

  6. Password reset email not received.

    If you requested a password reset but did not receive the email, check your email's junk or spam folder.
