Clear Browser Cache and Cookies:
Always start by clearing your browser's cache and cookies. This simple step often resolves most login issues.

Try an Incognito Window:
Open an incognito or private browsing window in your browser. If you can log in successfully there, the issue is likely related to your cache or cookies. Refer back to step 1 to resolve this.

Check for URL Redirects:
Ensure you are entering the correct URL: admin.socastsrm.com. Make sure there are no extra characters added to the URL (for example, admin.socastsrm.com/logout), as this can prevent you from logging in.

Update Saved Browser Passwords:

Account Locked Out:
After five unsuccessful login attempts, your account will be locked for a minimum of 15 minutes. Continuing to attempt login will extend the lockout period. Please wait 15 minutes before trying again, or contact your station admin to manually unlock your account.
