This article is intended for clients who have purchased the SoCast Voice App. If you are interested in purchasing the Voice App, please contact your SoCast Account Manager.
If your audio streams are geo-fenced, your Voice App will only function within the designated region. SoCast will make your Voice App (Skill) available only in the regions that match your audio streaming geo-fencing settings.
If Alexa is not playing your audio stream, please verify that you are accessing the Voice App from a supported region and that your device meets all requirements listed above.
