How Can I Force My Website To Show The Latest Updates If Changes Are Not Appearing Right Away?
If you have made updates in SoCast Engage, SoCast Reach, or AMP CMS and the changes are not appearing immediately on your website, this may be due to caching. Caching can cause a delay of up to 1-2 hours before updates are visible to visitors.
To force your browser to display the latest version of the page right away, you can add a string of random numbers to the end of the page URL. For example:
https://www.yourstation.com/123456
This tricks the browser into treating it as a new request and bypasses the cached version, allowing you to see your recent changes immediately.
If the content still does not appear correctly after trying this, please contact SoCast Support for further assistance.
