How Do I Add Member Conversation Chat to My Website or App?

This Article Is For:

• All users who have a SoCast account (Login & Password)
• This is applicable to all SoCast Themes

Note:

If you do not see any streams, you will need to set one up first.

These are the instructions for adding an activity stream, in order to enable member conversation chat for your website or app. This allows you to moderate member comments in the 'monitoring streams' section of the social publishing tool.

Step-by-step guide

1. Go to: http://admin.socastsrm.com/settings/social
2. Scroll down to "Activity Streams"
3. Click the "Add Stream" button
4. Select the stream you want to enable
5. click the "add" button
6. To add additional streams, click the "Add Another" button
