How Do I Edit My Form Settings in the SoCast CMS?
Who Is This Article For?
This article is for users with the Manage Contact Forms permission. These instructions apply to all themes.
Open Form Settings
- Go to Website > Forms > Form Settings.
- In the left sidebar, you will see options for Submissions, Blacklists, and Payments.
Configure Submissions
Choose how long to retain form submissions and the submitter’s IP address.
Configure Blacklists
Block form submissions by email address or IP address.
Set Up Payments
Connect your form to PayPal or Stripe to receive payments. Please note:
- You must have a PayPal Business account to use the PayPal feature.

Save Your Changes
After configuring the settings in each section, click Save to apply your changes.
