How Do I Embed a Facebook Post in a Blog Article Using SoCast Engage?

  1. Log in to SoCast Engage and navigate to the blog editor for your article (Website > Blogs > Blog Posts).
  2. Switch to Classic Mode if you do not see the "Add Media" option.
  3. Click on "Add Media".
  4. In the popup window, select "Insert from URL".
  5. Paste the URL of the public Facebook post you wish to embed.
  6. Click "Insert into Post" to add the post to your article.

Note: Facebook posts must be public and not have region, country, or age restrictions for embedding to work. Posts from private accounts or with certain restrictions may not display correctly due to Facebook's privacy settings, which are outside of SoCast's control.
