How Do I Reset My Password And Regain Access To My AMP Engage Account?

  1. Go to the AMP Engage Admin login page: https://engage-admin.socastcms.com/dashboard/Dashboard.aspx.
  2. Click on "Forgot Password."
  3. Enter your email address and submit the form.
  4. Check your email inbox, spam, promotions, or junk folder for a password reset email from SoCast.
  5. Once you locate the email, follow the instructions provided to initiate the password reset process. The reset link is only valid for a limited time.
  6. After setting your new password, try logging in to your Engage account using your email address and the new password.
  7. If your account is temporarily locked due to unsuccessful login attempts, please wait 15 minutes before trying again. Note that repeated attempts will increase the lockout time.
