How Do I Reset My Password And Regain Access To My AMP Engage Account?
- Go to the AMP Engage Admin login page: https://engage-admin.socastcms.com/dashboard/Dashboard.aspx.
- Click on "Forgot Password."
- Enter your email address and submit the form.
- Check your email inbox, spam, promotions, or junk folder for a password reset email from SoCast.
- Once you locate the email, follow the instructions provided to initiate the password reset process. The reset link is only valid for a limited time.
- After setting your new password, try logging in to your Engage account using your email address and the new password.
- If your account is temporarily locked due to unsuccessful login attempts, please wait 15 minutes before trying again. Note that repeated attempts will increase the lockout time.
- If you continue to experience issues or do not receive the password reset email, contact SoCast support for further assistance.
