Why Am I Unable To Log In To Engage Loyalty After Resetting My Password?

If you are unable to log in to Engage Loyalty after resetting your password, it may be due to the use of unsupported special characters in your new password. Engage Loyalty currently does not support the use of ! or * in passwords. Instead, please use # as the special character in your password. For example, you can create a password like #YourPassword123#.

  1. Go to https://engage-admin.socastcms.com/dashboard/Dashboard.aspx.
  2. Click on Forgot Password.
  3. Enter your email address and click Reset.
  4. Check your inbox, spam, junk, or promotions folder for the password reset email.
  5. Click the link in the email to create a new password, making sure to use # as the special character (do not use ! or *).
  6. Log in with your new password.
