Step #6: Moderating Listings

  • All users who have: Manage Local Listings, Manage Local Listings Settings
  • This is applicable to all SoCast Themes
Requirements:

Must have already purchased the Local Listings product ( If you would like this product, please speak with your Account Manager )


These are the instructions for moderating submitted local listing, community or business directory listings:

Step-by-step guide

  1. Staff receives an email for a new listing and/or goes to the classifieds listing page in the SoCast Admin Panel
  2. Staff clicks on each "Pending Review" listing and either clicks "Publish" to approve or "Move to Trash" to reject
  3. Staff can also select multiple using the check box and use "Bulk Actions" to approve or reject in bulk
