Why Aren't My Google AdSense Ads Showing Up On My SoCast Website?

  1. Log in to your SoCast Engage or AMP CMS dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Website > Website Settings > Advertising.
  3. In the Ad Setup Code section, ensure you have pasted the first section of your Google AdSense code (the head tag).
  4. In the Ad Units section, ensure you have manually added the correct ad unit code in the appropriate slot for your homepage or desired location.
  5. Double-check that you have included all required </script> tags in your code.
  6. After saving your changes, note that it may take up to 60 minutes for new ads to appear on your site.
  7. If you are using Google Ad Manager, verify in your Google Ad Manager account that:
    • The correct campaign is attached to the ad unit.
    • The line item priority is set correctly and is targeting ad units (not 'Run as Network').
    • The order is labeled as 'Approved'.
    • The creative preview works as expected.
  8. If you are using Google AdSense directly (not Google Ad Manager), ensure you have created and placed the ad units manually in SoCast Engage or AMP CMS as described above.
