How Do I Add a Link to the Footer in SoCast Engage?

  1. Log in to SoCast Engage.
  2. Navigate to Website > Pages > All Pages.
  3. On the right-hand side of your screen, change the menu view to Footer using the Navigation dropdown (switch from Primary to Footer if needed).
  4. Select Add Menu Item > Link.
  5. Insert your desired link URL and set the title to the text that should appear in the footer.
  6. Click Add, then hit Save.
  7. If you need to upload a file (such as a PDF):
    1. Add the file to the Media Library by going to Media.
    2. Copy the media file link and add it to the footer menu using the steps above.

This process allows you to add links, such as FCC Public Files, Privacy Policy, or other important resources, to your website footer. The new link will appear in your website's footer menu alongside other footer links such as Terms of Service. If you have further questions, please contact SoCast support.
