How Do I Add Submenu Items (Dropdown Tabs) Under Primary Navigation Tabs In SoCast Engage?

  1. Log in to SoCast Engage.
  2. Go to Website Pages > All Pages > Menu.
  3. Click Add Menu Item and select a page, link, or promotion (contest) to add to your navigation.
  4. Click Add, then click Save.
  5. To create a submenu (dropdown tab):
    • On the same Menu page, click Add Menu Item again and add the page or custom link you want as a submenu item.
    • Drag and drop the new menu item below and slightly to the right of the parent menu item. This will nest it as a submenu.
    • Click Save to apply your changes.
  6. Note: SoCast Engage can display up to six parent menu items in the top navigation. Any additional items will appear under the hamburger menu icon.
