How Do I Connect PayPal To A Form In SoCast Engage?

  1. Log in to SoCast Engage and ensure you are managing the correct station.
  2. Navigate to Website > Forms > Form Settings > Payment.
  3. Click on Connect PayPal.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the connection process.
  5. Click Save Settings to apply the changes.

Once PayPal is connected, your form will be able to accept payments. If you have cloned or exported a form to a new station, you must connect PayPal for that station separately, as the payment integration does not carry over from the original site.
