How Do I Limit the Number of Programs Displayed in the Program Schedule List Widget in SoCast Engage?

You can control how many program schedule items appear on your site by adjusting the settings in the Program Schedule List Widget.

  1. If the Program Schedule is in a Sidebar

    1. Log in to SoCast Engage.

    2. Navigate to Website > Website Structure > Sidebars.

    3. Click on the sidebar where your Program Schedule List Widget is located, then select Edit.

    4. Locate the Program Schedule List Widget and click Edit.

    5. In the Items to Display field, set the desired number (e.g., 5).

    6. Click Save Changes, then Update the sidebar.

    2. If the Program Schedule is on a Page

    1. Go to Website > Pages > All Pages.

    2. Edit the page where your Program Schedule List Widget is located (e.g., Homepage).

    3. Find the Program Schedule List Widget and click Edit.

    4. In the Items to Display field, set the desired number (e.g., 5).

    5. Click Save Changes, then Update the page.


This will limit the number of programs shown in the widget. If your program list is structured with personalities prioritized at the top, only those will be displayed.
