How Do I Update App Store Screenshots for My Mobile App Using SoCast Engage?
- Log in to SoCast Engage.
- Navigate to Mobile App in the left menu and select Mobile App Submission Settings.
- In the General section, ensure all required fields marked with an asterisk (*) are filled out.
- Click on the iOS tab and fill out all required fields marked with an asterisk (*).
- Under the Credentials tab, select the correct App Store/iOS credentials.
- Click Save to apply the changes to the iOS app.
- Repeat the same steps for the Android tab, ensuring all required fields marked with an asterisk (*) are filled out.
- Under the Credentials tab, select the correct Google Play Store credentials.
- Click Save to apply the changes to the Android app.
- Once you have completed these steps, notify SoCast Support so the team can proceed with updating the screenshots for your app in the app stores. SoCast's mobile development team will review and process the update request. If there are any issues with app store approvals (such as documentation requirements), SoCast Support will communicate next steps.
Note: You must repeat this process for each app you wish to update. Each submission creates a separate app build ticket for the SoCast team to action.
