How Do I Configure the PromoSuite Event Listing Settings Element in SoCast?

• You must be a current or former PromoSuite client.
• You must have the PromoSuite Event Listing XML URL.

Where to Find Your Feed URL

To find the feed URL for Contest Listings, Contest Rules, Event Listings, Storm Closings, or Contest Winner Listings, log in to your PromoSuite Next platform. Go to Digital > Content Feeds and select your desired option.

The instructions below explain how to configure the PromoSuite Event Listing Settings element. Once you add this element to a page, blog, or other content area, it will display events from your PromoSuite XML feed.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Widget Name: The name of the widget as it appears in the Drag-and-Drop Editor. It is not displayed on your website.
2. Display Title: Choose whether to display the title by selecting Yes or No from the dropdown.
3. PromoSuite Event Listing XML URL: Enter the URL that provides your event listing from PromoSuite Next. If you need help locating this URL, contact PromoSuite customer service. For example:
   https://next.promosuite.com/EventXmlData.aspx?p0=123456
4. Layout: Choose one of the following display layouts for your event listings:
   • Horizontal Small Display
   • Horizontal Display
   • Vertical Display
   • Card
5. Minimum Column Width: Enter the minimum column width in pixels. Use 0 for a single-column display. The minimum width determines how many columns appear based on the available content area or mobile screen width. For example, if set to 300, the content will display in two columns in a 700px area and one column on a 320px-wide mobile screen.
6. Extra Class Name: To style this element differently, add a custom CSS class here and reference it in your stylesheet.
