Theme 3.0: How To Get Your Ticker To Appear On Your Website

This article is for:

  1. Clients who are using the SoCast Theme 3.0
  2. Have access to Website Settings, Theme Settings & Tickers

Step-By-Step Guide

  1. Once you’ve created your ticker, go to Website > Website Settings > Theme and launch the 3.0 Theme editor

  2. Go to the ‘Ticker’ section

  3. Configure the the appearance of the website ticker

  4. Website Ticker: Using the drop-down, select a ticker that appears throughout the entire website. Can be used for breaking news, notices, etc.

  5. Click ‘Add New’ to create a new ticker or ‘Manage Tickers’ to edit/manage existing ones

  6. Website Ticker Position: Sets the position of the website ticker relative to the website hero. The ticker appears below the header ad and/or above the website menu if the same position has also been selected for those items.

  7. Website Ticker Width: Sets the maximum width of the content and background within the website ticker.

  8. Once you’re happy with the appearance, click ‘Publish’.
