What's Included in the Base Rate for Targeting and CPM?

Overview

The base rate includes all parameters in the proposal builder—age, gender, household income, geo-targeting, and display keywords (contextual targeting)—all covered in the CPM.

General Targeting

General location targeting is included (e.g., radius, county, ZIP/postal codes).

When Additional CPM Fees Apply

Additional CPM fees for location targeting generally do not apply when using standard ZIP/postal code targeting. Extra charges may apply for very small, highly precise audiences—for example, a 1-mile radius around a specific store, or when targeting only 1–3 ZIP codes.
