Why Can't I See the Left Menu Labels and Icons in SoCast Engage?
If you are unable to see the edit icons in SoCast Engage and only see a simplified menu, it is likely that the menu has been collapsed. To restore the full menu and view all icons:
- Log in to SoCast Engage.
- Look for the right arrow at the bottom of the menu panel.
- Click the right arrow to expand the menu and reveal all available icons and options.
This should restore your ability to see and use the edit icons. If you continue to experience issues, please contact SoCast support for further assistance.
