How Do I Add Or Remove Contest Links In The Navigation Menu In SoCast Engage?

To add a contest link to your website's navigation menu in SoCast Engage, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to SoCast Engage.
  2. Navigate to Promotions > Contests > All Contests (or Contest Legacy if your contests are stored there).
  3. Open the contest you want to link to and copy the permanent link from the contest page on your website.
  4. Go to Website > Pages > All Pages > Navigation Menu Bar.
  5. Add a new menu item by selecting Link as the item type.
  6. Paste the contest's permanent link into the URL field.
  7. Save your changes to update the navigation menu.

To remove outdated contest tabs from your navigation menu:

  1. Go to Website > Pages > All Pages > Navigation Menu Bar.
  2. Locate the outdated contest tab.
  3. Click the Edit icon next to the item.
  4. Select Delete or Remove.
  5. Save your changes to apply the update across your site.

Tip: If you want to update an existing menu item instead of removing it, you can simply edit the content or link under each tab.

Note: For best results, always use the permanent link from the contest page on your website when adding to the navigation menu.
