How Do I Complete Mobile App Submission Settings in SoCast Engage for iOS and Android?

  1. Log in to SoCast Engage.
  2. Navigate to Mobile App > Mobile App Settings and ensure all required fields are filled in, including branding images and colors. (The Advertising tab is optional.)
  3. Go to Mobile App > Mobile App Submission Settings.
  4. Click on the iOS tab and complete all required fields (marked with an asterisk *), including store listing information. Make sure all logos and images meet the specified dimensions. Under the Credentials tab, select the correct App Store/iOS credentials from the drop-down menu (these are auto-filled).
  5. Click Save to apply the changes to the iOS app.
  6. Repeat the above steps for the Android tab, ensuring all required fields (marked with an asterisk *) and store listing details are completed. Under the Credentials tab, select the appropriate Google Play Store credentials from the drop-down menu.
  7. Click Save to apply the changes to the Android app.
  8. Once all information is complete, go to the Submission tab (Mobile App > Mobile App Submission Settings > Submission) and click the Submit button.

This will create a ticket for the SoCast support team to proceed with updating or building your app. After the build is complete (usually within 5 business days), you will be able to test the app, and SoCast will submit it to the app stores on your behalf.
