- SoCast will submit an access request to the client's Facebook page. Share the following approval instructions with your client: Meta Business Help: Approving Partner Access.
- Be aware that Meta may classify the campaign as "political," which can result in a 7–14 day delay due to required verifications by both SoCast and the client. For school votes, this verification may not always be required, but the risk exists.
- If there are delays related to Facebook Page access or Meta verification, you can switch the campaign to Display - Programmatic or Video - Programmatic options, which do not require additional steps to launch.
- TikTok and YouTube accounts are not required in advance. Temporary accounts can be created as needed for these platforms.
- For YouTube campaigns, video assets must be in a 16:9 (landscape) aspect ratio (1920x1080 pixels). If only square videos (1080x1080) are available, they can be adapted, but this will result in black bars on the sides.
