How Do I Refresh My Facebook Connection In SoCast Engage If My Social Posts Are Not Publishing, Images Are Not Loading, Or My Feed Is Not Displaying?

  1. Log in to SoCast Engage.
  2. Navigate to Social > Social Settings > Personal (you can also access this path by choosing Social in the main menu, then Social Settings, and finally the Personal tab).
  3. Click on Refresh next to your Facebook connection to re-establish the link.
  4. Wait a few minutes for the feed to update. If the connection was recently restored, it may take some time for all posts, feeds, and images to appear due to caching.
  5. Check your homepage to see if the Facebook and Instagram feeds are now displaying correctly. Try posting or scheduling to Facebook again to confirm the connection is restored.
