To transfer the remaining budget from an ending SoCast Reach campaign to a new campaign, follow these steps:
- Confirm the end date of your current campaign with the SoCast Ad Support team.
- After the campaign ends, request the remaining budget amount from Ad Support.
- Create a new campaign in SoCast Reach for the upcoming period (e.g., July and August).
- Set the budget in the new campaign to include the remaining funds from the previous campaign.
- Review all targeting and campaign details as desired.
- Click "Request a Proposal" and approve the Insertion Order (IO) when ready.
- Notify Ad Support that the new campaign is ready. They will apply the remaining budget and make the necessary adjustments to begin the new campaign.
If you are waiting on new creative, you can proceed with the above steps and provide the creative files once they are ready. The Ad Support team will then attach the creative to the campaign.
