Issues Uploading Creatives

If you are having issues uploading Creatives to your campaign, these are some common issues which can be fixed using the following tactics:

  • If you get an "Error" Message that says "Sorry! The following requirements must be met before this campaign can be changed to 'Awaiting Booking'  - At least 3 creative asset filed must be submitted for verification
You will need to put in placeholders for the assets you do not have. Example: If you only have a Big Box, Leaderboard and Mobile Banner, but no Skyscraper - you can upload a "placeholder" with the correct specs in it's place. If you need assistance with this, please email adsupport@socastdigital.com and we can upload placeholders for you.



  • You may get an "Error" code if your creatives are not the specific spec size needed for the ad. Example: Leaderboard Ads need to be 728 x 90px. Double-check the sizing of your creative to make sure they are the correct specs before uploading.
  •  You may also get an "Error" message if you forget to include the Click-Through URL.
