What Should I Do If I Am Having Issues Uploading Creatives to My Campaign?

If you are having trouble uploading creative assets to your campaign, review the common errors and solutions below to resolve the issue quickly.

Error: "Sorry! The following requirements must be met before this campaign can be changed to 'Awaiting Booking' - At least 3 creative asset files must be submitted for verification"

To proceed, you must upload at least three creative assets. If you don’t have all the required assets (for example, you only have a Big Box, Leaderboard, and Mobile Banner, but no Skyscraper), you can upload a placeholder image that matches the correct specifications for the missing asset.

Error: Incorrect Creative Size

You may see an error if your creative does not meet the required specifications. For example, Leaderboard ads must be exactly 728 × 90 pixels. Double-check the pixel dimensions of your files before uploading to ensure they meet the required specs.

Error: Missing Click-Through URL

An error may occur if you forget to include the click-through URL (destination link) for your creative. Make sure to provide a valid URL with each creative asset you upload.
