What Should I Do If I Am Having Issues Uploading Creatives to My Campaign?
If you are experiencing issues uploading creatives to your campaign, here are some common problems and solutions to help you resolve them:
1. Error: "Sorry! The following requirements must be met before this campaign can be changed to 'Awaiting Booking' - At least 3 creative asset files must be submitted for verification"
To proceed, you must upload at least three creative assets. If you do not have all the required assets (for example, you only have a Big Box, Leaderboard, and Mobile Banner, but no Skyscraper), you can use a placeholder image with the correct specifications for the missing asset.

2. Error: Incorrect Creative Size
You may receive an error if your creative does not match the required specifications. For example, Leaderboard ads must be exactly 728 x 90 pixels. Double-check the size of your creative files before uploading to ensure they meet the required specs.
3. Error: Missing Click-Through URL
An error may also occur if you forget to include the click-through URL for your creative. Make sure to provide a valid URL with each creative asset you upload.
