SoCast Reach Sales Management: Assigning Campaign Managers To Channels

This process is usually done by the sales manager.
As a Sales Manager role, you have the ability to configure specific Campaign Managers to specific channels / products. 
This setting can be found under: Advertising Campaigns > Campaign Settings > Products & Objectives > within the "Products" area.

How To Set-Up Campaign Manager Email Notifications

Every time an email notification needs to be sent to a campaign manager reminding them to take action regarding a campaign (i.e a reminder to book this campaign, set up a delivery report for a campaign) add the campaign manager's email address to the campaign_manager_email line.  This can be set-up per product / channel (i.e reminders only go to the campaign manager responsible for video ads, etc)
