How Do I Add Legal Terms to a Contest in SoCast?

Requirements
- If you have transitioned to SoCast via Promosuite, you will not have access to the contesting feature. Please contact Promosuite for details.
These instructions explain how to add legal copy to your contest. If you do not add legal copy at the contest level, the system will use the legal information from your Account Settings or Company Settings (if added there). If no legal copy has been added in any section (Company, Account, or Contesting), you will not be able to publish your contest.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to Promotions > Contest.
- Ensure you have already added your contest’s content. For instructions, see: How Do I Add Content to a Contest?
- Scroll down and click the Legal tab.
- Contest Rules: Add your contest’s rules here. These documents should be reviewed by your legal counsel before use.
- Terms and Conditions: Add your contest’s terms and conditions here. These documents should be reviewed by your legal counsel before use.
- Privacy Policy: Add your contest’s privacy policy here. These documents should be reviewed by your legal counsel before use.
