Step #4: Syndicating Cancellation Listing Categories
You must have the 'Manage Local Listings & Cancellation Listings Settings Permission.
Please reach out to your Company Admin if you require permission.
Syndication for Cancellation Listing Categories functions similarly to the Blog Premium Syndication Tool.
With Cancellation Syndication, you have the ability to syndicate with other stations or accounts within your company, allowing for one station to manage cancellation listings, and easily share this information with other stations, enabling them to add it to their respective websites.
Note: To access this feature, you'll need premium syndication enabled.
Step-By-Step Guide
- Navigate to Website > Cancellation Listings > Syndicated Cancellation Listing Categories.
- Click the 'Syndicate New' button.
- In the "Cancellation Listings Category" section, choose one or more categories you want to syndicate to the selected account destination(s) below.
- In the "Account Destinations" section, pick the account(s) or stations within your company to which you want to syndicate the selected cancellation listing categories.
- Click the 'Syndicate' button to complete the process.
- To add the cancellations to the destination site, create a page, add the 'cancellations listings widget' and select the syndicated cancellation listings category.
