What Is SoCast Email?
SoCast Email is a built-in newsletter and campaign tool, right inside your SoCast dashboard. You can build, send, and track email newsletters using the same tools you already use to manage your station's website — no separate login, no separate vendor.

What you can do with it
- Build campaigns using the same drag-and-drop WPBakery page builder you use for your website, with email-specific elements (buttons, ads, blog post lists, station branding).
- Manage your subscriber list directly in your dashboard, organized into groups (e.g. "Weekly Newsletter," "Contest Winners").
- Send to segments of your audience — a specific group, a promotion's entrants, or a combination — instead of always emailing everyone.
- Track results — opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes — for every campaign you send, without a separate analytics tool.
- Let visitors subscribe through a signup form embedded on your website.
How it fits with your existing tools
If you're used to managing your newsletter through a separate platform, the biggest change is that it's no longer separate. Your subscriber list, your campaign content, and your results all live in the same place as the rest of your SoCast dashboard.
Where to find it
SoCast Email lives under Promotions in your dashboard's left-hand navigation. Open Promotions → Email, then choose:
