Why Can't Website Visitors Submit Comments or Photos to the Activity Stream?

If visitors can’t post to your Activity Stream, it’s usually due to account status or how the post is being created. Follow the steps below.

Steps to Enable Posting

  1. Confirm the visitor is logged in as a member. Only logged-in members can submit comments or photos to the Activity Stream.
  2. When adding a photo, the member must first enter text in the Member Comment field. Images cannot be submitted without accompanying text.

Troubleshooting

If issues persist after following the steps above, verify that the member’s account is active and that there are no site-specific restrictions in place.
