How Do I Find My Mailchimp List ID for SoCast Integration?

Requirements

• An existing Mailchimp account
• Admin access to your company’s Mailchimp account to access the information needed for your SoCast account settings

Mailchimp periodically updates its interface. The steps below are a general guide for finding your Audience ID (formerly called List ID). Some labels or screens may look slightly different over time. Once found, add the Audience ID to your SoCast account settings at: http://admin.socastsrm.com/account/email.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. First, review the setup instructions here: Instructions for Setting Up Your Mailchimp Account.
2. After you create your audience in Mailchimp, click its name to open the audience details.
3. Add yourself as a subscriber:
   1. Click Add Contacts.
   2. Select Add a Subscriber.
   3. Enter your details and save.
4. In the audience menu, click Settings.
5. Select Audience name and defaults.
6. Find the Audience ID (also referred to as List ID) and copy it.
7. Paste the Audience ID into your SoCast email account settings at http://admin.socastsrm.com/account/email.
