How Do I Configure iOS Store Listing Settings for My Mobile App Submission?

To ensure your mobile app appears correctly in the Apple App Store, you must configure the store listing settings. This information is required for app approval and release. Please follow the steps below to complete your iOS store listing settings.

Important Important: All fields must be completed. If any information is missing, we cannot submit your app for approval.

Store Information

  1. Promotional Text: This text appears above your app description in the Apple App Store for users running iOS 11 or later. You can update this at any time without submitting a new app version. Use this space to highlight current features of your app.
Warning: Do not include promotional marketing copy such as “Toronto’s Number 1 Station” in your descriptions or images.
  2. Keywords: Enter one or more keywords that describe your app to improve search results in the App Store. Separate keywords with commas and do not use spaces. Maximize your character limit by avoiding plurals, duplicate words, category names, and the word "app."
  3. Support URL: Provide a URL to a web page with support information for your app, such as your company’s contact page. For example: https://www.url.com/contact
  4. Marketing URL: Provide a URL to a web page with marketing information about your app. For example: https://www.url.com/app

Credentials

Configure the credentials required to build and submit your mobile app.

  1. Credentials: Select one of the iOS/Apple integrations you set up earlier. If you have not set up an integration, click the “Manage Credentials” or “Add New” button to do so.

Version

Set the version information for your mobile app build.

  1. Select “Yes” if you want to replace an existing app in the Apple App Store, rather than creating a new app.

By following these steps, you will ensure your app is properly configured for submission to the Apple App Store. If you have any questions, please contact our support team for assistance.
