How Do I Accept a Facebook Access Request for SoCast Reach Campaigns?

  1. Log in to your Facebook Business Manager at business.facebook.com.
  2. Click "Settings" on the left-hand side menu.
  3. Click on the "Requests" tab.
  4. Find and accept the Access Request from "SoCast Digital."
  5. Enter your password to verify.
  6. Once approved, SoCast will be notified and can begin setting up sponsored ads on behalf of your page.

Alternative Method (for Business Manager Admins):

  1. Log in to your Business Manager.
  2. Go to Business settings from your left sidebar, then click "Requests."
  3. Click on the "Received" tab to see businesses that have requested access to your Page.
  4. Find the request from "SoCast Digital" and click "Approve" or "Decline."
  5. You may need to have your page switched over to "New Pages Experience" to see the same options.

If you cannot find the access request:

  1. Go to "All tools" > "Page Settings."
  2. Click "Page Roles" or "Page Access."
  3. Contact SoCast at adsupport@socastdigital.com for the information needed to add their Operations Manager directly.
