You can change a campaign’s start date in SoCast Reach, but the steps depend on the campaign’s status.
Open the campaign and use the Change Details function to update the start date and any other necessary details.
Contact SoCast Support with the Campaign Name or ID and the new start date you want to request. The support team will update the start date for you.
Note: Changes to campaigns with approved IOs must be handled by the SoCast Support team and cannot be made directly in the platform.
